| Step 2: | Review the Application and Contract (PDF) and the Sponsor & Exhibitor Guide (PDF). If you have questions, contact your Sales Account Executive who can also create a package that satisfies your expectations. |
| Step 3: | Fax and sign a copy of completed Application & Contract to (410) 584-1998. |

The prices listed below are approximate and reflect the “Advance Discount Rate.” Prices will increase after the advance discount rate and on-site.
Actual prices will be available in the Exhibitor Service Manual which will be available online January 2010. All items listed are optional with the exception of carpet (or you may provide your own floor covering), which is required per the Contract Terms.
