ASTD Chapter Information

If at least five members of your chapter are attending the conference, your chapter will qualify for a chapter team and can take advantage of discounted rates of $1,100 for national ASTD members and $1,400 for nonmembers. To set up your chapter team, contact Natasha Porter at nporter@astd.org (703.683.8154). Chapter teams will be established when at least five registrations from the chapter are received.

Power Members receive support from their local community through chapter membership with face-to-face networking, local job information, and more while receiving access to national ASTD's industry leading content, career advancing educational programs, and publications.

Chapter Leader Day is an exclusive opportunity for chapter leaders from around the country to meet, share ideas, and learn about resources available within ASTD. Chapter Leader Day 2013 will focus on Building Our Community by providing opportunities for face-to-face networking and addressing common chapter challenges, as well as identifying best practices for effectively running your chapter.

Current chapter leaders are invited to join us for this unique opportunity to learn, share, and meet fellow chapter leaders, your chapter relations manager, and the National Advisors for Chapters.

8:00 - 8:30 a.m. Chapter Leader Networking Breakfast
8:30 - 11:45 a.m. Chapter Leader Day Program
11:45 - 12:30 p.m. Chapter Leader Networking Lunch

Current chapter leaders are invited to stop by the Chapter Leader Lounge, Room D170, to network with other chapter leaders, recharge your batteries, and gather ideas for growing and sustaining your chapter.

Drop in during Power Hour (Sunday-Tuesday) for Cookies and Books, open forum discussions, and informal meetings with chapter relations managers and national advisors for chapters.
